Real Estate Advisor and Facilitator: I’ve been assisting clients with this for 10 plus years. As a REALTOR® in Florida, and formerly in Southern Maine, some of my more notable listings included a Dairy Farm, The Historic Wallingford Hall, a home with its own private airstrip and a parcel of land which was won in a poker game, on an aircraft carrier somewhere in the South Pacific during WWII. My Real Estate experience includes title searches, land development, pro-formas, and working with all types of buyers and sellers. I am certified by the National Association of Realtors as an International Property Specialist, hold Transnational Referral Certification, and am a member of the Pinellas International Council. In addition, I tutor Spanish, and hold a Master’s Degree in the Teaching of Foreign Languages. I formerly taught in both public and private schools, created and marketed jewelry, imported amber, sold gemstones and performed appraisals for Boston’s Newbury Street “Carriage Trade”. I also hold a diploma from the Gemological Institute of America, Santa Monica (and am certified to identify diamonds and colored stones).
Family? It's small but important. Where am I from? –not sure anymore, since, I was born in Philadelphia, lived on the Italian Riviera, France, Mexico, Spain, California, Massachusetts, Maine, and in Florida the longest of all. I moved here for the sea, the temperate climate and to spend more time in the great out of doors. When I’m not selling real estate, you might be able to find me walking "The Trail", or at the beach.
My Service Locations:
Begin with the dream, and make it so!
Imagine your future life! For example: if a home on the Gulf, and space for the dog is what you want, envision your pet playing happily on the lawn, in a fenced in yard. Smell the salt air. Picture the dolphins and sounds of gulls.
Looking to move? Call me to discuss your criteria. I will advise you on the market, connect you to the right affiliates, and help you find you the right investment. I will also negotiate your transaction and and follow it through to closing.
