Real Estate Advisor and Facilitator: I’ve been doing this now for 14 plus years.  Beginning as a REALTOR  in ‘the Kennebunks’ on the southern seacoast of Maine, some of my more notable listings have included a Dairy Farm, The Historic Wallingford Hall, a home with its own private airstrip, and a parcel of land which was won in a poker game on an aircraft carrier, patrolling the South Pacific during World War II. Currently a Florida agent with a cutting edge global company, I work with all types of buyers and sellers; often foreign nationals, who make up a good part of our business.  My focus is on coastal properties, and navigating my customers through the process with honesty and integrity.

My real estate experience includes title searches, land development, pro-formas, 1031 Exchanges, and tough negotiations. I am a member of the Suncoast Global Council, GREP (Global Real Estate Practitioner), certified abroad with the Dubai Land Department, UAE, recognized as an authorized real estate partner with Muscat Bay, The Sultanate of Oman, a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and also hold Transnational Referral Certification.In addition, I sometimes tutor Spanish, and hold a Master’s Degree in the Teaching of Foreign Languages, and am a Notary Public. I formerly taught in both public and private schools, created and marketed jewelry, imported amber, sold gemstones and performed appraisals for Boston’s Newbury Street 'Carriage Trade'. I also received a diploma from the Gemological Institute of America, Santa Monica and am certified to identify and grade, diamonds and colored gemstones. 

My small family includes 2 sons, grandsons, and several cats. Where am I from? -not sure anymore. I was born in Philadelphia, lived on the Italian Riviera, France, Mexico, Spain, California, Massachusetts, Maine, and in Florida the longest of all. I moved here for the sea, and to spend more time in the great 'out of doors'. When not out selling real estate, you might easily find me in garden, 'The Trail', or swimming at Clearwater Beach.
