Impressed with Elle first time I met and discussed home sale. She knew the neighborhood and promised to review all numbers to help evaluate a good selling price-which she did and got back to me the next day. She asked what my goal was and I told her that, to be realistic, it should probable be less that a half a million dollars. She laughed with me, and I then told her that I wanted the best price I could get. She had some suggestions that I implemented and, I feel, with her diligence, the home sold for a very satisfactory price. She was very easy to work with and great at explaining and guiding me through the whole process. I have referred her to others that report the same experience.

We met Ellen through close friends who had used her as their agent in the purchase of their condo. We had a large with list, specific requirements, and we tend to be those ‘picky clients. We are from Kentucky, and we did sporadic searches with Ellen over the period of several months. Elle was an extremely cooperative agent; she would arrange us multiple property visits during our many trips. Ellen went the extra mile-and I mean literally a lot of extra miles in our search for a vacation home. She traveled with us from Dunedin, Clearwater, Saint Pete, Bradenton, and Sarasota. As we were never consistent in our wishes, she went along with us with a smile on her face. I might be condos today, homes tomorrow, condos on the beach next trip-I would say we were not really sure what we wanted. Due to her persistence, we did find our home. Ellen provided any information regarding specifics we wanted on any property. Believe me, we asked lots of questions and she always responded quickly. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was outstanding. We would recommend Ellen for anyone looking for the right property, in the right neighborhood at the right price.
